Our goal was to allow existing users to quickly access the primary task of finding a laundry kiosk. After successful account login, the user lands on the app’s home screen and taps on the “Find Kiosks”option. The app uses the device’s location services to display a map with nearby laundry kiosk locations. User selects a kiosk on the map based on proximity or other preferences.
The app displays details about the selected kiosk, including address, available machines, customer reviews, and ratings. User chooses a specific washing machine or dryer at the selected kiosk based on their laundry needs (e.g., load size, cycle type). User may choose the available date and time slots for the chosen machine.
User initiates payment for the selected machine, using options such as mobile payment, in-app wallet, or credit card. The app validates the payment and reserves the chosen machine for the specified time slot. The app provides a digital code or QR code that the user can use to unlock the selected machine. User uses the provided code to gain access to the machine.
