Let’s hop on a quick 30-minute call to kick-off your project. This gives us an opportunity to learn about your brand and understand your vision.

Project Agreement

An estimation of the time, cost, and resources needed to complete your project.

scope 
The scope is the defined features and functions needed to finish a project, including the project goals, deadlines and deliverables to be provided.
Timeline
A visual list of tasks, milestones and activities placed in chronological order, which lets you view the entirety of your project in one place.
estimate
Using all your project information, we’ll estimate how much your project will cost, how long it will take, and what tasks are involved to complete.

Learning what you have, what you want, and what you need; holistically.

research 
We take the time to understand your brand, your users, your competition and the problems or opportunities that you are seeking to address.

We create visual inspiration that encompasses your brand and what type of message you want to promote out into the world.

development

Determining the most effective and efficient way to construct the solution.

Exploration
We create a wide range of thumbnail sketches or low level designs to help boost creativity and convey several concepts quickly.
iteration
We refine the explorations into a small set of design options and continue the refinement process until the final design is complete.
Delivery

Signoff on your project and we’ll set up the necessary documents, frameworks, and file transfers needed to close out your project.

Offboarding

The moment when everything starts for you and your new project.

Documents
We will provide you with user guides for your new project as well as a detailed account of your project creative experience.
transfers
We will provide you all files, links, deliverables, and related project assets outlined within the project agreement scope of work.
support

We work to ensure a smooth transition into your new project. In most cases we offer product support well beyond delivery.
