06/2017 – 09/2018

Managed and maintained all web related company projects including the redesign of the company on-boarding and checkout experiences. My contributions included market research, user research, UI/UX design, user testing and development.

My duties included providing customer service and technical support for all inbound calls. My primary objective was to manage, maintain and/or make modifications to the pre-existing website. I also facilitated the design and distribution of weekly sales emails, as well as the annual design and development of the annual product catalog (1000+ unique products, specs and descriptions)

Served as a UX designer on a collaborative design team. The project required the wire-framing and prototyping of redesigns for the entire company front facing website. I participated in weekly design meetings to present my wire-frames and discuss the reasoning for all UX design decisions.

I managed several large projects that relied on team collaboration such as the redesign of the front-facing website; edge.com, the annual company conference creatives, and all internal and public company creatives and email communications.
